The RCRA cleanup process requires the compilation of reports to document the nature and extent of contamination at the site. The following schedule indicates when the RCRA Facility Investigation (RFI) Work Plan for each parcel is scheduled for delivery to the New Mexico Environment Department under the requirements of the FWDA RCRA Closure Permit.
The RFI Work Plan describes the previous uses and conditions at the site and lays out a sampling plan if necessary for identifying the type and location of any remaining hazardous chemicals and materials.
